Before engaging with our services, please carefully read and understand the following risks and disclaimers.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Treatment

Our non-clinical NLP and hypnotherapy services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional before participating in our programs.

No Guarantees of Mindset Shift Results

While many of our clients experience powerful breakthroughs and lasting growth, individual results vary based on personal commitment, participation, and unique circumstances.

Historically, our programs have supported a 97–100% success rate in helping motivated clients overcome limiting beliefs, build confidence, and unlock new levels of growth. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and your success depends largely on your active engagement and willingness to apply the strategies and tools provided.

No Guarantees on Marketing or Business Results

While we are committed to providing expert brand messaging, marketing strategy, and mindset coaching, individual business results will vary. Success in growing a brand or business depends on many factors outside our control, including your level of effort, follow-through, industry trends, and client engagement.

We do not guarantee specific results, client acquisition, increased website traffic, or other business outcomes. Your growth is a partnership, and your direct results reflect your participation, decision-making, and implementation.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during sessions. Participation is voluntary, and you may choose to discontinue at any time. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation.

Refund Policy

Because this work is collaborative and transformational in nature, all marketing, strategy, NLP, hypnotherapy, and coaching sessions are non-refundable. Real change happens when you're open and ready for it—and your active participation is essential to the process.

Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Potential Risks

Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Havening are generally considered safe, but potential risks may include:

• Uncovering past experiences or emotions may cause temporary discomfort.
• Although it is uncommon, some individuals may experience mild physical sensations during or after sessions.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy. Your personal information and session content are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions to confidentiality may occur if:

• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Disclosure is required by law.
